Terms and Conditions
1. Nothing contained within these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Lavish cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the customer. This can result in an incorrect delivery and Lavish can not be held responsible for this.
3. Claims for items that are delivered damaged must be reported within three days of delivery date.
4. Through Distance Selling Regulations personalised goods cannot be cancelled once made. The customer has seven days to cancle non personalised goods. Goods must be returned by customer at their expense for a refund on the item price only.
5. Where time allows, if an item is out of stock, before despatch we will contact you to give you the option of cancelling the order or accepting a substituted goods.
6. Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility of Lavish. Refunds cannot be given if the item is not passed on to the named recipient.
7. We reserving the right to cancel or refuse orders for items offered at an incorrect price. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
8. If for any reason Lavish is unable to dispatch your order a full refund will be given.
9. These terms can change at any time without prior warning.
